I am fully confident that you will love your hair and be satisfied with the results. While I do not offer refunds on any services, I stand behind my work 100%. If you need any adjustments, I offer a two-week window from the date of service to make any necessary tweaks to ensure your hair is exactly how you want it. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’m committed to making sure you look and feel your best.
Cut & Style
Whether you're looking for a classic cut, a modern style, or something in between, I’ll create a custom look suited to your face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
Color & Highlighting
Soft Natural highlights, dimensional color and Balayage, or Vivid colors, as a Certified Colorist, I’ll help you achieve the perfect shade to complement your complexion.
Salon Policy
At RR Craft Hair, I understand that life happens and plans can change. My goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining the level of service and experience my guests deserve.
Cancellations within 24 hours
I offer a one-time courtesy for last-minute cancellations — no fee, no stress. However, if short-notice cancellations become a recurring pattern, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply moving forward.
No-shows
Everyone receives one complimentary grace for a missed appointment. After that, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. I kindly ask that you communicate if you’re unable to attend so that I may offer the time to another guest.
Refund policy
All service sales are final. I take great pride in my work and stand behind every service I provide. If you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to make adjustments to ensure you love your hair.
