We understand that life happens and sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. To secure your appointment, I do require a credit card at the time of booking.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service total.

• No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
